Random Silliness with Mom and Gabe

Today mom, Gabe, and I were sitting in the kitchen. I was reading a CBD catalogue, Gabe was also peering over my shoulder. We came across the page with the parenting books, one was by a man who's kids were all grown up now. I guess he didn't write the book for his own benefit...LOL Then Gabe pipes up and says "wouldn't it be funny if the man who wrote the book still threw his grown children in the uncooperative chair?" "you there, son! go and sit in the corner for 34 minutes! You are being willfully disobedient. I told you to wait to have that popsicle AFTER we have had dinner!" "Aww dad I'm 34, I don't have to wait until after dinner. And if you think I'm eating those peas you're mistaken" "Don't you give me lip Young Man! You've earned yourself another 34 minutes in the chair. And if I hear any more you're going to bed early too!" LOL. And so on, and so forth even when his son was 90 years old!
